Example RP: When the call had come from her manager she had been hesitant to agree. The casting director had said he wanted no one else for the role but her. She had not even auditioned. Sade didn't know if she could do it. She would be playing herself on screen. It was the thought of some other woman experiencing her lives that made her take up the offer. After agreeing she was made to do a reading with the potential male leads. Her role was secure so she was to assist the men in auditioning.
It was a month later that they began filming. Some scenes were to be filmed in beautiful Central Park as testing shots. They would decide whether the budget would be increased and allow shooting to be done on location in Italy. Most of the current budget had been spent on costume design as the crew wanted to prove that they were serious about doing all of this right.
Sade sat on a bench with a towel under her to keep from getting the flowing white skirts dirty. Her stomach was bared and soft material wrapped around her breasts in a way she swore would leave her flashing people. Yet it remained. Silver and sapphires adorned her body and a lotion had been put on her skin to make it shine a little giving her an ethereal look.
Her hair fell down her back in long waves of pale gold. Little jewels adorning it as well. She really did look the role of some goddess at the moment even chewing on a bagel as she was doing. The make-up artist stood beside her glaring a little; she had just finished doing Sade's make-up and now the girl was eating. She rolled her eyes and turned away to go dress up the extras. People have been invited to just come down and they would be dressed up and made up to be background characters with no speaking lines of course.
Sade sighed as she looked around and stood up slowly when she was called over by the director. The man was telling her what she should do and all those things but Sade already knew what to do. She didn't need to read Vinice's books to know what to do. This had been her life once. They were starting it from the very beginning. The scene they were filming now was the meeting between the beautiful water maiden and the human who stole her heart. She looked over at the actor that would play the role of her lover, to her he was nowhere near attractive enough but he was the 'it' boy. All the women wanted him and his name on the casting list would get them good publicity.
